•Present integrated base frame concepts and initial designs, with pros and cons comparison for multiple options;
•Design concepts summarization and recommendation;
•Sketch concept design;
•Technical data analysis and 3-D simulation;
•Provide floor plan, perspective sketches, reference pictures, and indicative interior design; and
•Document preparation and submitting of concept design;

Detailed design will be proceeded upon the approval of concept design and master plan, and the detail design will include landscape plan, structure design, electrical design, plumbing design, interior design etc…
